Panettone Day Temporary Store opens with a calendar full of events

The creations of the 25 finalists will be on sale from October 7th to November 3rd. Master Iginio Massari, president of the jury, will be present at the Grand Opening on Thursday 10 October.
  • After the announcement of the winners, the appointments continue with Panettone Day, the contest aimed at enhancing the Italian excellence of the artisan panettone, rewarding the best creations of national confectioners.

    From October 7 to November 3, the Temporary Store will open its doors, set up in Corso Garibaldi 42 in Milan, where the creations of the 25 finalists of the event will be on sale.

  • The events of Panettone Day Temporary Store

    The Temporary Store will host a rich calendar of events open to the public:

    • Thursday 10 October: grand opening of the Temporary Store from 6 to 8 PM with master chef Iginio Massari, president of Panettone Day jury. During the evening the delicious panettone creations made by the contest finalists will be presented.
    • Thursday 17 October: "The Pink Night - Panettone Day" for LILT. The creations made by the contest finalists will be the protagonists of the charity evening together with the Ruby Callebaut chocolate bars.
    • Thursday 24 October: “Il sesto senso del panettone”. From 6 PM the panettone of the finalists will be the protagonists of a sensorial experience thanks to the recipes of Marco Pedron, pastry chef of Cracco restaurant.
    • Thursday 31 October: “Panettone o Scherzetto?”. The panettone variations made by the contest finalists will be accompanied by the craft beer Barone Rosso, a new fruit ale with wild berries from Birrificio Milano, for an usual Halloween night.

    Once again, the event was held in collaboration with the company: the creations of the competitors were in fact prepared and presented in panettone molds in pure cellulose paper with floral design, resistant to baking in the oven up to 220 ° C and to edible fats and oils.
